At Aria, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To ensure fairness to our therapists and other clients, we kindly ask that you respect the following cancellation policy and T&C’s.

Appointments & Bookings
All appointments must be booked in advance via our booking system, phone, or in person. A valid contact number and email address are required at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel appointments at our discretion.

Deposits & Payments
50% deposit is required for all bookings. The remaining 50% will be charged on the day of your service, before your appointment commences. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable in accordance with our this policy.

Cancellations, Reschedules & No-Shows
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment after the 48 hour period or you fail to attend, please kindly note this will result in forfeiture of your deposit. This is because our team still comes in to work & 48 hours is not enough time for us to fill the spot with someone else. Repeat no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.

Late Arrivals
Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment to avoid impacting other clients. Appointments delayed by more than 15 minutes may be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the cancellation fee.

Emergencies
We understand that genuine emergencies can occur. Please contact us as soon as possible if this applies, and we will assess on a case-by-case basis.

Health, Medical & Allergy Disclosure
Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, scalp conditions, allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy, or medications prior to treatment. We are not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed or existing conditions. If irritation, discomfort, or pain occurs during treatment, please notify your therapist immediately.

Results & Expectations
Head spa treatments are designed for relaxation, scalp health and overall wellbeing. Results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed. Our services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if: A client appears unwell or has a contagious condition; A client behaves inappropriately or disrespectfully; A service is deemed unsafe for the client.

Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Personal Belongings
While care is taken, we are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items brought into the premises.

Privacy
Your personal information is collected and stored in accordance with Australian Privacy Laws. Client information is used solely for booking, communication, and service-related purposes.
